Terms and Conditions
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
We do not offer refunds for early departures, inclement weather, or rule violations.
Rates are based on 2 guests per site. Additional guests are $2.00 per person per day.
Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Late check-outs may incur additional charges unless previously arranged.
Only one RV per site is allowed.
Please park only in your designated area.
Sites must be kept clean and free of trash and clutter at all times.
No vehicle or RV washing is permitted.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Disorderly conduct, public intoxication, or excessive noise may result in eviction without refund.
No firearms, fireworks, or illegal activity allowed on the premises.
All pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed in restrooms or the office.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the park or other guests.
Bar S RV Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
Use of all park facilities is at your own risk.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
Changes to reservations may be made at the park’s discretion depending on availability.
Bar S RV Park reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests at any time for noncompliance with park rules or disrespectful behavior.
